ServiceNow is a company that provides cloud-based platforms to companies for their employees, for many uses including IT service management, incident and request management, and HR issues. Out of the box, the design of the portals is not intuitive or engaging, and can be problematic for companies when users contact support teams rather than using the platform itself, costing them time and resources.

I've worked for several years designing custom ServiceNow portals for many leading global companies including HSBC, BP, Siemens, and Nokia, helping the millions of employees using their portals to stay active and engaged.
